Challenge: A highly successful, family run, corporate entertainment and event planning business wanted to reposition itself for expansion and the next generation and re-invent itself to consolidate its current position in the market.
Brancept solution: To reposition the company with a modern image, and to create an identity apart from its owners, Brancept developed a new name, logo and design scheme that retained elements of the history whilst firmly positioning the company for the future. By developing an individual identity for the company they have been able to expand beyond their existing sphere of influence and prepared the company for a potential future sale.

Challenge: A successful franchisee was looking to expand to multiple unit ownership, but struggled to create the business plan and needed guidance both in the expansion strategy and ongoing marketing operations for the newly created mini-network.
Brancept solution: Having completed a detailed study of the geographic area where the expansion was to take place, including sourcing of potential locations and analysis of foot traffic and potential sales; Brancept developed a combined marketing plan for the multiple units.

Challenge: Bringing a European village to a master-planned community in the US was not an esy task. The client here knew what they wanted to do, but needed assistance in creating a strong marketing plan and collateral aound the project that would lead to the buzz necessary for a development of this type.
Brancept solution: Name and logo development, aswell as positioning helped Brancept create unique concepts for collateral materials to sell the property. Once the word was out - this project sold itself.

Challenge: A leading property developer with investments in Eastern Europe was looking to revitalise a group of under-developed hotels and create a next-generation destination for the new rich.
Brancept solution: As a new destination, this project was a two-fold challenge, as Brancept not only needed to create an identity for the property but also launch a PR campaign to give Eastern Europe and Croatia a boost in the minds of the consumer as a tourist destination.

Challenge: Take a major property developer breaking into a new market and give it a B2C image; create marketing and strategic plans to develop a completely new niche in the market - all this whilst maintaing a focus on a short-term IPO.
Brancept solution: Development of the corporate brand architecture to service both B2B and B2C markets; a new design scheme, name and logo all served as the foundations for Brancept's work. This was followed by tactical marketing plans for a specific region to aid in the development of the company.

Challenge: How to take a completely unknown author and boost the launch of his first book - without a costly advertising campaign.
Brancept solution: A pure digital - new media - solution. Using a blog ( www.lanotenoire.com ) and a Facebook page for the main character, we reached out through a number of social networks to create buzz around the launch. Initially extracts from the book were published on the site, and then post launch the author contributed short articles around the theme to keep th readers coming back. In addition all the press cuttings were posted on the site, ensuring super SEO and continually updated content.
